WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
BLACK FRIDAY - CYBER MONDAY - SALE ITEMS:
***ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Shoes, jewelry, eyeglasses, sale items and intimates/swimwear may not be exchanged and are FINAL SALE.
Holiday and Seasonal items are a final sale.
Any item purchased under a sale tab are FINAL SALE.
Any items purchased using a discount code or special offer are FINAL SALE.
Special order items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged for store credit.
Items purchased with a store credit are a FINAL SALE.
Items that are not in stock at the time of order are considered Special Orders and may not be returned or canceled once the order is placed with the manufacturer.
Online Purchases:
Paces gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise for full refund within 14 days from the time of delivery.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days.
- Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
In Person Purchases:
Paces gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise for full refund within 5 days of purchase. After 5 days and up until the 14th day store credit will be available.
- Merchandise must be returned within 5 days.
- Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to arrive at our facility and your refund to process.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Online Purchases:
In an effort to get refunds issued as quickly as possible, we are not offering exchanges at this time. If you are interested in a different size or color, we recommend purchasing the correct item right away and returning your original item.
In Person Purchases:
Exchanges will be accepted in person up to 14 days after purchase as log as the items fall within the above criteria.
CAN I RETURN A FINAL SALE ITEM?
Final Sale items cannot be returned. No exceptions will be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions, please DM us on Instagram or Facebook or send an email to amy@shoppaces.com
WHAT IS YOUR GIFT RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
If you are returning a gift, we are more than happy to offer store credit for the return. Please contact amy@shoppaces.com
WHAT IS PREORDER AND WHEN AM I CHARGED?
Preorder items are sold before they are in stock at our warehouse. You will be charged at the time of purchase for an item purchased on pre-order to reserve the inventory, then you will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order ships.
